Deluxe View Juliet Balcony

Our stunning DeluxeView Juliet Balcony is the modern alternative which matches our Deluxe Glass Balustrade System.

Each balcony size is based on the centre of fixing points of the balcony so the customer is to ensure that they have allowed the correct edge distance. If in doubt please contact us or refer to the technical drawing within the images.

The DeluxeView is available in various sizes. The glass is 10mm thick toughened. Each balcony gives a overall height of 1100mm. No ones puts as many clamps on our balconies to ensure the safety element and also a streamlined look.

Our glass panels are available in standard clear and grey tinted.

Our stainless steel also come in a range of finishes. Including mirror polished and powder coated. (We only list black but Anthracite Grey White are available at the same cost as black).

Our DeluxeView Juliet balconies come as standard with two end posts and the correct number of middle posts. Each glass panel is CE marked and is manufactured to British Standards. All Deluxe View Juliet balconies are 1100mm high to comply with UK building regulations.

The balconies are manufactured in such a way they are ready to fit. With the steelwork being in kit form it simply goes together. With all drilling already complete.

SimpleHandrails.co.uk can’t offer any advice regarding structural requirements and it is recommended a structural engineer is consulted if in any doubts. It is down to the customer to source the correct M12 Stainless Steel Fixings To Bolt the balcony to the face of the building. Again if in doubt seek Structural Advice. Each bolt should be at least 150mm long and not fixed to plastic door frames.
